General instructions

  1. This practice paper has 50 questions and 60 marks. Time allowed is 60 minutes. It follows the Level-1 section pattern. It is not an official SOF paper.
  2. This test is based on the MCQ pattern. There are 4 options, out of which only one is correct.
  3. Each question carries the marks shown in its section. Logical Reasoning: 15 × 1. Mathematical Reasoning: 20 × 1. Everyday Mathematics: 10 × 1. Achievers Section: 5 × 3.
  4. The Achievers Section carries higher marks. Finish the first three sections before the Achievers Section.
  5. On screen, choose Attempt on screen. Total Time is the time allowed. Elapsed Time begins as soon as you view the first question.
  6. Click Next or Previous to move from one question to another. That keeps the chosen option. Clear Response removes the choice on the question you are viewing.
  7. Flag a question you want to return to. The navigator uses Non Visited, Answered, Skipped and Flagged.
  8. Click End Test when you have finished. Once you end the test, or the time is up, you cannot edit the answers. The result is shown at once.
  9. Work without a calculator. Write your name before a paper sitting, or use Attempt on screen. The answer key at the end is the teacher copy.

Class 7 topic band. Rational numbers, linear equations, exponents, profit and loss, probability, triangles and mensuration.
